Archived completed projects can be found under the completed projects page. Proposed projects that have only completed preliminary design or are in the concept stages can be found in the annual CIP.

This project consists of various stormwater drainage improvements throughout the village.

Biermann (Sunset to IL 64)
This project consists of the rehabilitation of North Biermann Avenue from Sunset Drive to Illinois State Route 64. The project also consists of the replacement of the existing water main, including fire hydrants, valves, and water services. The project also includes some selective sanitary system improvements.

College Streets
This project consists of pavement improvements and the replacement of existing 4" and 6" diameter water mains on North Iowa Avenue from Plymouth Street to Stone Road, on North Michigan Avenue from Plymouth Street to Stone Road, and on North Wisconsin Avenue from Ridge Road to Stone Road.

Harvard (Plymouth to Ridge)
This project consists of improvements on North Harvard Avenue from Plymouth Street to Ridge Road. The project includes the replacement of the existing 4" water main from Plymouth Street to Sunset Drive. The project also includes pavement removal, aggregate base course, Hot-Mix Asphalt Binder Course, Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course, curb and gutter installation, sidewalk removal and replacement, driveway pavement removal and replacement, adjusting sanitary services, storm sewer removal and replacement and parkway restoration.

This project consists of the resurfacing of South Harvard Avenue from Jackson to Madison, and West Jackson Street from Addison to Ardmore.

Highland Resurfacing (Princeton to Villa)
This project consists of improvements on North Harvard Avenue from Plymouth Street to Ridge Road. The project includes the replacement of the existing 4" water main from Plymouth Street to Sunset Drive. Myrtle (Terry to Madison)
This project consists of improvements on South Myrtle Avenue from Terry Lane to Madison Street. The project includes the replacement of the existing 6" water main. The water main improvements are expected to be funded through an IEPA Water Loan.

Washington Sewer Separation
The Washington Area Combined Sewer Separation Project is a large scale multi-year plan to reduce local flooding frequency and severity, and sewer backups. This project consists of the separation of combined sewers on Washington Street from Yale to Monterey, Euclid Avenue from Madison to Highland, and Yale Avenue from Madison to Park. These areas were identified by the 2015 Comprehensive Flood Plan and Storm Sewer System Analysis prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. The Washington Area project has been broken up into multiple construction projects that will be bid and constructed separately over the course of several years.

Westmore and Wisconsin
This project consists of improvements on North Westmore Avenue from Saint Charles Road to the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), and on South Wisconsin Avenue from Washington Street to Kenilworth Avenue. The project includes combined sewer separation. Some selective water and sanitary system improvements are also included.
